LM-14 : An Asset Based Approach – Positive Deviance. LM-10 : How to Survive with limited resources – Prioritization
In the session conducted on 28th August 2021, the attendees were enlightened on the concept of “Positive Deviance (An Asset-Based Approach)” and “Prioritization (How to Survive with limited resources)”.
Dr. Suvanand Sahu – Deputy Director Stop TB Partnership, Geneva, graced the session as a special guest. He congratulated all the DTOs who demonstrated outstanding results in their PDSA cycle presentations. Dr. Sahu shared his real-life experience of implementing the Priority Grid which contributed to his success. He acknowledged how the concept of Positive Deviance can enable an individual in planning, ambition setting, and achieving their goals even with limited resources.
