CETI Conducted a session on PDSA and Quality Improvement On 12th March 2024, for NTEP staff from the ongoing districts of batch 7 of the states covering Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, and Maharashtra. A Total of 452+ participants attended the virtual workshop.
CETI has facilitated the DTOs to create district-wise PDSA teams with the involvement of the NETP staff along with the DTOs. This furthers the agenda by bringing in the whole DTO team to practically participate in a quality improvement activity and creates a buy-in as well as ownership of the process. The process involved training for the NTEP team at the district as well as meetings with the DTOs and NTEP teams for guidance.
