The combined session for BATCH- 1 and BATCH- 2 “Executive Level Distance Learning (Online and Live) Course for DTOs” by CETI”( with participants from Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh & West Bengal) was conducted on September 25th, 2021. This session was a historical one as this was the last session for batch 1. Also, the topic of Time management was the idea by Dr. Sudarshan Mandal which was covered in this session. Dr. Jyoti Jaju Project Director iDEFEAT TB Project, The Union was the Guest Discussant for the day’s session. Dr. Jyoti Jaju addressed the participating DTOs, which focussed on the innovative idea of how the CETI team developed these curriculum and how the faculties are making these sessions very interactive to the DTOs. Dr. Jyoti Jaju also highlighted the importance of Time Management & Improve Staff Engagement for the program managers. She also stressed that the key for the DTOs is time management. Like how the DTOs and their teams outperformed and managed their time during the pandemic as they had lots of additional responsibilities but still they successfully participated in the sessions and interacted with the faculty on the weekends. Dr. Jyoti Jaju congratulated the entire CETI team for the seamless delivery of the course for Batch 1.
