The session was attended by 450+ members. The NTEP team was introduced to the concept of PDSA through a very novel approach. A series of PDSA aim statements were selected and woven into a story line to highlight the quality issues in our processes and people. The interventions and mitigating factors were shared, which were further vindicated by live examples by the NTEP teams who professed having practiced these interventions with huge successes. The feedback received from NTEP teams were hugely positive and were indicative of the course proceeding in the right direction. It was a great platform to share best practices in NTEP implementation.
