Pratibha Kohli (Subject Lead – Quality Improvement) started her Presentation named “Integrating quality into healthcare”. DTOs also actively participated in this presentation and explained their point of view about quality. In the presentation, quality impact and outcome measures were discussed, And the importance of quality in the field of tuberculosis was explained through polling questions. A video example “Ek Chidiya Anek Chidiya” was used to understand team based approach. Dr. Manoj Jain explained the PDSA cycle with a Marriage example. Significance of PDSA in Quality Improvement was also discussed. Thereafter Dr. Salil Bhargav summarized the value of Quality Improvement through some examples.
