The session was conducted by Ms. Alison Yoos, our faculty from CDC, USA and Dr. Mohan Kohli our faculty from CETI. The learning objective of the session was to enable the DTOs to appreciate the problems that exist in any system or organisation. The interaction focused upon how it is important for a leader to understand and observe these challenges, accept them as realities of the world and work towards their mitigation. The concept of standing on the balcony and looking at the larger picture was shared with the DTOs.
