26 June was a landmark day for the CETI team. Dr Sudarsan Mandal, DDG CTD consented to be present for the session wherein the DTOs were expected to present their PDSAs.The invigorating discussions that ensued and the excitement during the session was palpable. Though Dr Mandal was expected to make a brief appearance, he went out of the way to ask for a PDSA presentation from DTOs that were otherwise not slated to be presented. The two hour session extended to three hours without having any detrimental effect on the attendance. In his closing remarks Dr Mandal appreciated the efforts, the course curriculum, the dedication of the faculty and the involvement of the DTOs. He suggested including Time Management and Critical Path Management as two new topics in the course curriculum.
