On august 07th a very interseting topic was discussed about qualitative situations and how it can be converted into a quantiative measure. For example, patients don’t like coming for xrays or providing sputum or staff dissatisfaction. Also 10 ‘rules’ of oral presentations; Data Visualization: using graphical representations to communicate were presented. 2 PDSAs were also presented in this session.
