The 29 May 21 session focussed on this very aspect and the methodology to form successful teams were discussed. Worksheets that focussed upon objectivity in selection of a right candidate for the right job were also shared. The DTOs came forward to share their experiences in team formation. Dr Nidhi Lal from Boston University, USA summed up the session and gave a vote of thanks.
