Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Director General AHPI was welcomed as a guest discussant for the session on “Patient Perception & Satisfaction”. The conversation centered upon the different ways the patient perceives the healthcare sector and how patient satisfaction is the most important part. The 8 elements of patient satisfaction were discussed.
It was appropriately referenced that patient discernment and satisfaction are the 2 sides of the same coin. The impact and significance of the Patient satisfaction survey was also discussed.
The session was pulled with DTOs discussion on patients satisfaction and how it can be improved further with few amendments, which made the session energetic and engaging.

Two of all the DTOs introduced their PDSAs. DTO Shahdara Dr. Bindu shared her thoughts in the form of a beautiful poem and the session finally concluded with the edifying comments of Dr. Girdhar.
