The Leadership and Management session on 14th October covered aspects of Leadership versus Management and Introduction to Adaptive Leadership. The DTOs shared their experiences and aspects of how a leader differs himself from a manager were highlighted. The session drew a great response. The session was very well attended and conducted by Dr. Salil Bhargava and Dr. Mohan Kohli ,The session also focused upon the prevalent VUCA (volatile, uncertain complex and ambiguous) environment in which we all work and how it was essential for a leader to adapt himself to the environment rather than waiting for the environment to become favourable for him.The learning objectives of the session included appreciating the technical and adaptive challenges for which worksheets were shared and polling was also conducted.
