Dr. Radha Munje, Professor and Head, Resp Medicine, IGGMC, Nagpur was invited as the guest discussant for the session. The session focused on Socio-ecological approach while engaging communities and Change management: Kotter’s Model. It featured the realities that how the individual, Interpersonal, Organizational and social local area characterizes our conduct.
The meeting then, at that point, was driven towards the Kotter’s Model, which made an agreement that change is just consistent throughout everyday life and how the adjustment of the TB program has helped us over the long haul. It highlighted the topics of change management, how it can be brought in actions, Communicating the vision and ultimately removing the obstacles.
The meeting finished with the edifying expressions of Dr. Radha referencing how change is significant and what benefits it brings both in individual and work point of view.
