The session initiated with the reflection of Delegation of task and work breakdown structure. This focused on why delegation is important, Task Assignment Model, Steps involved in delegation and how it should be delegated effectively. It also discussed the effective management tool i.e. work breakdown structure, why one should use it and what all it covers. It was also highlighted that although WBS seems difficult but can be brought into practice by continuously following a few steps. Polls were conducted to garner DTOs and have a clear image of their reflections. Dr. Mohan further shared the tips and tricks to make better presentations including 10 rules of Oral presentation, making good presentations, use of various charts for data visualization and how effective it can be to convey messages. It session was inclusive of 14 PDSA presentations by the DTOs.
