LM-05 Reflecting on Field work: Leadership Vs Management and Adaptive Leadership
The session on Reflecting the Field Work under Leadership Vs Management and Adaptive Leadership was held on 29th October, 2021. The session was led by Ms Alison Yoos, our faculty from CDC, USA and Dr Mohan Kohli, our faculty from CETI.
The learning objective of the session was to enable the DTOs to appreciate the problems/flaws that exist in any system or organisation.Interactions focused upon the importance of leaders understanding and observing challenges, accepting them as realities of the real world and working to mitigate them.
We are approaching the time when the DTOs have begun to think about issues to be solved in the district with the PDSA quality improvement approach. Most DTOs have teamed up for the project, and have already begun working on their respective topics. Therefore, the concept of standing on the balcony to see the big picture was shared with the DTO
