19 Jun 2021 was a day of great significance for the CETI team. The session on Conflict Management by Commodore Raman Arora, our Course Director was attended by 160 representatives of the World Health Organisation as also by the WHO India lead Mr. Kiran Rade, Dr. Malik Parmar and Dr. Ranjini . Mr. Kiran Radhe in his closing remarks opined that the efforts being put by CETI deserved to reach out to other development partners and for that he was willing to conduct a special session. The Learning Objectives of the session focused upon highlighting that conflicts are natural to exist and are good for an organisation, how to observe conflicts, analyse the type of conflict, identify the players in the conflict, conduct root cause analysis and eventually how to resolve the conflict. The DTOs presented five case studies highlighting how they utilised their leadership traits to resolve a conflict.
