A session on Performance management and Effective communication was conducted. It covered topics like four attributes of performance management including Setting goals, communicating, observing and finally evaluating it. Techniques of performance management were also highlighted which is a cycle of goals, obstacles, opportunities and decisions. The discussion was followed by featuring types of communication, the 3 V’s of communication and 5 simple and effective rules of communication.
The session was enriched with 17 PDSA presentations by the DTOs of various districts.
