A session on tracking the progress and the Adaptivity was conducted. The session gave the gist of the run charts used by the DTOs in PDSA, how it is studied and what all important points it depicts. The peaks in the graphs helps us decide the average of the results. It was then followed by the discussion on how the numerators and denominators of the data helps us determine the progress and interventions. It also highlighted that the steps which we include in the PDSA are in alignment with the TB program. The session finished with PDSA presentations by 6 DTOs.
