The adaptive leadership model comes into the picture to bring about the set of key points or steps that one must follow while practicing adaptive leadership which involves situational challenges, leader’s behavior and adaptive work. An easy technique is introduced to differentiate between technical and adaptive challenges followed by unique characteristics of adaptive challenges. A case study from the intensive phase of Covid pandemic was discussed to understand the concept.
