Dr. Harsha Agarwal conducted a comprehensive field visit to Sub Centre Kelod, where she held a joint meeting with the staff of Kelod and Berchha Panchayats. During the meeting, she discussed the objectives of the TB Mukt Gram Panchayat initiative and emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts at the grassroots level. Dr. Harsha also met with an AYUSH practitioner at Gram Kelod to involve traditional healthcare providers in the early identification and referral of presumptive TB cases. A QR code scanning training session was organized at the Sub Centre for ASHAs, Anganwadi workers, and community volunteers to help them access IEC materials and patient-related forms digitally. Additionally, training was provided on filling out the Hindi version of the Active Case Finding (ACF) Google Form, enabling frontline workers to improve the quality and speed of data collection during household visits. To ensure sustainability and follow-up, a Working Committee was formed comprising the CHO, ASHA Supervisor, senior ASHAs, Anganwadi workers, and active community volunteers. This committee will play a key role in driving TB awareness and elimination activities in both Kelod and Berchha Panchayats.
