The session was very well attended and conducted by Ms. Alison Yoos (CDC, USA), Dr. Salil Bhargava and Dr. Mohan Kohli on 05 June 2021. The session focused upon the prevalent VUCA (volatile, uncertain complex and ambiguous) environment in which we all work and how it was essential for a leader to adapt himself to the environment rather than waiting for the environment to become favourable for him. The learning objectives of the session included appreciating the technical and adaptive challenges for which worksheets were shared and polling was also conducted.
