In this session, the Use of technology tools like mostly excel for simple graphs and histograms, Using Apps for data recording etc were discussed by our IT expert Mr. Edwin. Also in leadership & management ” Work breakdown stucture was presented by Dr. Mohan Kohli (Faculty – Leadership and Monitoring) in which Gantt Chart; Dividing complex work projects into specific tasks with specific roles for team members; provide online tools for Gantt charts/project tracking; show examples of good Gantt charts. Some of the DTOs also presented their PDSA cycles.
