The Program Managers (DTOs) Executive Course commenced on 07 Apr 21. Unfortunately during the midst of the session, a few DTOs were transferred out, Accordingly, a crash course spanning four days ( 25 Jul to 28 Jul ) was designed to bring the new DTOs at par with the ongoing PDSAs in their district. The crash course was focused on PDSA techniques and was a mix of video sessions and in-person interactions.
