A session was conducted on How to survive with limited resources- prioritization and Advocacy. The meeting started with conversation on how limited resources accounts of being the biggest challenge in completing all the tasks. This explained to the audience about the concept of prioritizing the task, why it is significant and how one can do it easily by use of a checklist and prioritization matrix. This was then followed by the topic of advocacy, which highlighted how advocacy plans help to clarify goals, prepare for possible difficulties, increase the chance of success and how one can develop an advocacy plan. The advocacy cycle and the tool were additionally covered. This was trailed by 4 DTOs presenting their PDSA presentation.
