In continuation to the adaptive leadership series. Saturday 03 Jul 21was well spent in sharing the significance of delegating work to the team. It was inferred that no team leader can perform all the jobs himself. It is important for him to delegate responsibilities to save time and focus on more significant and important tasks that deserve his time and attention. During the discussions it also emerged that delegation was good for the organisation as well as for the employees, as it brings out the best amongst both of them. factors that inhibit team leaders from delegating were also discussed. The session was very well received and the DTOs participated in the discussions wholeheartedly.
