A third meeting with the entire NTEP staff of the districts was conducted on Friday, 16 Jul 21. The objective of the session was knowledge sharing. Simple, feasible and practical interventions being practiced by the staff of various districts were shared and the point driven home that majority of the complex problems have very simple solutions.The concepts of performance management, conflict management and cross training were emphasized. Real time examples were shared by the NTEP staff. Mr Rakesh STS of Guna district shared his views about deduplication and exploitation of Nikshay software to its maximum potential. Presentation about the TB Arogyasathi App was made by the QICs. In many districts how a single person was managing a TU were showcased, which gave an idea to the NTEP staff that manpower shortages can be overcome if the team thinks out of the box and has clarity of the mission objectives. The feedback received was hugely positive, 93% of the participants voted that they found the session extremely beneficial.
